Order processing and delivery times
Order processing and transit after dispatch are calculated separately. Current estimates are as follows.

How to contact us if you notice a problem on receipt
Check the outer packaging, bottle, container, seal and anti-counterfeit label, and confirm that the item matches your order. If anything appears abnormal, keep the packaging and product in their original condition and photograph both the overall appearance and the specific problem.
For damage, an incorrect item or a quality concern, contact after-sales support within seven days of receipt with your order information and photographs. We will handle the matter according to the information received and the specific circumstances.
Return requests for products not yet used
Products meeting conditions such as being unused, unopened and in intact packaging may be submitted for a return request within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to the website policy and the actual handling arrangements for procedures and full conditions. These arrangements do not affect mandatory legal rights.
Both current products can be transported at room temperature and stored at room temperature before activation. Store them as instructed after delivery and activate them when ready to begin care. After mixing the serum, we recommend using it up within one week.
After delivery, our after-sales support continues to handle product-related concerns. Keep your order information so that we can identify the item and the circumstances of receipt.
