Follow the label on the actual product
On receipt, first check the outer packaging, seal and label. Read the instructions on the actual label and follow them, including any directions for peeling back a section.
The CELLshot support page provides illustrations of the label’s front and peeled-back view to help with appearance and procedure checks. Use the illustrations alongside the actual product; full verification still requires completing the steps specified on the label.
Send product information with your support enquiry
Keep your order number, photographs of the complete outer packaging and label, and clear photographs of any abnormal area. We need to match the order with the item received before handling the specific issue.
If there is also damage, an incorrect item or a quality concern, contact after-sales support within seven days of receipt and retain the packaging and product in their original condition. Return conditions and procedures are available on the support page.
