We used a human evaluation conducted by SGS to record AgeCare ExoMask Pro’s performance over 28 days of continued use. Thirty-two healthy Chinese women with sensitive skin, aged 31–60, used it twice weekly for at least 45 minutes each time. Results were compared with their own pre-use measurements. We publish hydration, wrinkle, elasticity and other records together to present this mask’s continued-use evaluation.
How the 28 days were organized
Participants used the currently sold ExoMask Pro finished product: one freeze-dried bio-sheet plus three accompanying beauty solutions. The study used a single-group before-and-after comparison. The main analysis included 32 participants, with a separate exploratory imaging subgroup of seven described below.
We distinguish study frequency from everyday instructions. The study used twice-weekly application. Routine use is recommended once a week; intensive care is limited to twice a week, at least three days apart, with 45 minutes of application each time.
Hydration and principal wrinkle measures
At day 28, stratum corneum hydration increased by 27.62% and transepidermal water loss (TEWL) decreased by 20.05%. Wrinkle volume at the outer eye, between the eyebrows and at the nasolabial fold decreased by 25.64%, 22.68% and 19.09% respectively.
| Day-28 measure | Change from before use |
|---|---|
| Stratum corneum hydration | Increased by 27.62% |
| Transepidermal water loss (TEWL) | Decreased by 20.05% |
| Outer-eye wrinkle volume | Decreased by 25.64% |
| Glabellar wrinkle volume | Decreased by 22.68% |
| Nasolabial-fold wrinkle volume | Decreased by 19.09% |
Elasticity, firmness and skin appearance
Elasticity measures R2, R5 and R7 increased by 14.33%, 19.47% and 21.04%. The firmness-related F4 measure decreased by 18.80%, indicating improvement in the direction used for this measure. Gloss, redness, pore and skin-surface records are below; all compare day 28 with pre-use values.
| Day-28 measure | Change from before use |
|---|---|
| Elasticity R2 | Increased by 14.33% |
| Elasticity R5 | Increased by 19.47% |
| Elasticity R7 | Increased by 21.04% |
| Firmness-related F4 | Decreased by 18.80% |
| Skin gloss | Increased by 40.72% |
| Red-area a value | Decreased by 14.73% |
| Red-area extent | Decreased by 27.45% |
| Pore count | Decreased by 23.12% |
| Pore volume | Decreased by 19.62% |
| Pore area | Decreased by 16.88% |
| Roughness SEr | Improved by 25.48% |
| Smoothness SEsm | Improved by 19.00% |
| MGL | Decreased by 13.84% |
| Ultrasound skin thickness | Increased by 16.11% |
| Ultrasound skin density | Increased by 14.26% |
Ultrasound thickness and density record changes in those measurements. These results did not independently establish mechanisms such as collagen production. We retain the original measure names to keep the data aligned with what was observed.

| Between eyebrows | Length | Decreased by 10.69% |
| Between eyebrows | Area | Decreased by 17.33% |
| Between eyebrows | Volume | Decreased by 22.68% |
| Nasolabial fold | Depth | Decreased by 8.14% |

Exploratory imaging subgroup of seven
Beyond the main analysis of 32 participants, the evaluation recorded two-photon imaging measures in seven participants. The following changes were not supported by statistical significance and are presented separately as exploratory observations.
| Day-28 exploratory measure, N = 7 | Change from before use |
|---|---|
| Two-photon epidermal thickness | Increased by 7.28% |
| SAAID | Increased by 56.61% |
| ELCOR | Decreased by 3.24% |
The experiences reported by 32 participants
In the day-28 questionnaire, agreement was 100% for each of “overall satisfaction”, “willingness to continue use” and “willingness to recommend”. These are subjective responses from this group and are recorded separately from instrument measurements.
We disclose the complete results while retaining the evaluation’s limits: a single-group before-and-after study has no separate control group, so these data alone cannot isolate the influence of factors other than the care routine. Individual performance may differ.
Hydration, wrinkles, elasticity, exploratory observations and user experiences together form this 28-day record. They provide specific evidence for our continuing presentation of ExoMask Pro’s performance.
