We wanted to understand skin performance after one AgeCare ExoMask Pro session. In a human evaluation conducted by SGS, 32 healthy Chinese women with sensitive skin, aged 31–60, applied the mask for at least 45 minutes on first use and were measured 15 minutes after the session ended. Hydration, gloss, lines at the outer eye and red-area measures were recorded.
Results after one session
All figures below describe changes from each participant’s own pre-use baseline in this group of 32.
| Measure | Change from before use |
|---|---|
| Stratum corneum hydration | Increased by 36.30% |
| Skin gloss | Increased by 69.69% |
| Wrinkle volume at the outer eye | Decreased by 17.61% |
| Red-area proportion | Decreased by 12.70% |
Hydration and gloss record two aspects of skin condition after this session. Wrinkle observations refer to the specific outer-eye area, while red-area proportion is a measure from skin images.
We publish all four results together to present the different dimensions observed during a single session.
Put the 15-minute measurement in context
The sequence was: measure the pre-use condition, complete at least 45 minutes of mask application, then measure again 15 minutes after it ended. The 15 minutes refer to the measurement time after care, not the duration of application. For routine use, follow the 45-minute application instruction.
This was a single-group before-and-after comparison without an untreated or alternative-product control. The percentages describe changes in the study sample under specified conditions; individual results may differ.
We also record changes with continued use
This mask evaluation also included 28-day observations. Immediate and continued-use results are presented separately to record skin performance over different timescales.
The human evaluation tested the finished ExoMask Pro mask and was conducted separately from the 33-participant patch test. We disclose the actual method of use, population and observation times alongside results to explain this mask’s evaluation fully. Use only on intact skin; if discomfort occurs, stop use and consult a professional.
