Can I choose just one of the three ExoMask Pro essences?
No. For each treatment, add Essence 1, Essence 2, and Essence 3 in sequence.
In what order should I use the products?
Current order: 01 AgeCare ExoMask Pro (biofilm infusion), 02 AgeCare ExoSerum Pro (dual-chamber flash-release), 03 Peptide Multi-Action Serum.
Is CELLshot a pharmaceutical product?
No. CELLshot products are cosmetics, not drugs or medical devices. They cannot be injected and do not equate to stem cell therapy.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free to Japan and Hong Kong. Within Japan, allow 1-3 business days after dispatch. For Hong Kong, see checkout and carrier notification.
Who pays for import duties?
Hong Kong product prices exclude Hong Kong duties, taxes and other import charges. Recipients are responsible where applicable; CELLshot does not guarantee duty-free entry or successful clearance.
Can I return products?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned. If you receive an unopened, unused item within 14 days, contact Customer Care.
